Arnica Infused Oil is a perfect vegetable oil, popular as an application to assist in improving the effects of bruising.
Arnica Infused Oil can be used as a carrier in blending massage oils in the case of soothing areas of bruising. Heritage Oils has included Arnica oil in the Joint and Muscle Massage Oil for that purpose.
Likewise, Arnica oil is a handy oil to carry with you if you are playing sport or exercising in the gym, pilates etc. It is a safe oil to use on children over the age of 6 months where knocks and bruises are common (especially in the footy season).
Arnica oil is free of any odour and can be absorbed into the skin quite rapidly.?Made from the flowers of the Arnica montana daisy plant which grows in cooler climates and at reasonably high altitudes.
Arnica Infused oil can be used blended with any essential oil for a fragrance or to enhance the treatment you are wanting to address.
It is important to store your Arnica oil at temperatures below 30? – even in the fridge to ensure longevity although like most vegetable oils, Arnica will have a bet before date on the label which you should be aware of. As for most vegetable oils they do not last as long as essential oils. There is a possibility of going rancid if left too long and rancidity will reduce the effect of your product if blending as a massage oil.
Our Arnica oil is infused as pure Arnica Oil can be very potent, and therefore not always recommended to be used directly on the skin.
The ingredients of this vegetable oil are – Olea Europaea Fruit Oil (Olive oil), Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil (Sunflower oil), Tocopherol – natural Vitamin E, Arnica montana flower extract.
